Zoë Taylor-Ploog

Executive Director 

Zoë is a fourth year student at the University of California, Berkeley majoring in Legal Studies with minors in Public Policy and African American Studies. Her interests include understanding how the law impacts marginalized communities. More importantly, Zoë is interested on how public policy can promote equality.

Zack Polyakov 

Zack is serving as a current Executive Advisor. Zack is a junior at the University of California, Berkeley majoring in Business and minoring in Public Policy. He is also the founder of UC Berkeley's Sycamore chapter.

Michael Clawes

Michael is the current branch director for George Mason University. He is a fourth-year student studying Mechanical Engineering, English, and Physics. He is interested in the research and development of technology and how it can be applied to strengthen US national security

Anna Matthei 

Anna is serving as a current Executive Board Advisor.  She is a fourth-year student studying Global Affairs with a concentration in Global Economy and Management and a minor in Data Science at George Mason University.  Her interest include economic development, the use of data analytics for policymaking, and climate adaption strategies in business.

Cameron Roberts

Cameron is the current branch director for New York University. She is an undergraduate sophomore in the Global Liberal Studies Program concentrating in Politics, Rights, and Development. Her academic and research interest lie in issues surrounding refugees and how the legacy of colonialism influences present policymaking.

Ariana Seniuk

Originally from right outside Boston, Ariana is a junior at Boston University studying Environmental Analysis and policy. Her background is in environmental sustainability and energy security with a passion for incorporating environmental justice into the conversation around energy accessibility. She has been an involved member of the Sycamore Institute since its founding at Boston University strives to strengthen its continuation.
